The reviewer cross-checks your case against the NVC requirements for your visa category and produces a structured report with a readiness score, top priorities, document-by-document findings and clear next steps. There are two modes: a fast Metadata Review that flags what to double-check, and a deeper Document Audit that reads the actual file contents to catch issues like mismatched names, dates or expired documents. Most reviews finish in about a minute.

Yes — you can start on our Free plan, which lets you create one case and run one review so you can see exactly how NVC File Check works before paying. When you need more cases or more reviews, upgrade to a one-time Single or Family plan, or the monthly Agency plan. See the plans above for current details.

NVC File Check is built for NVC immigrant-visa cases. Supported categories include employment-based EB-1 to EB-5; immediate-relative IR-1/CR-1, IR-2, IR-5; family-preference F1, F2A, F2B, F3, F4; the Diversity Visa (DV) lottery; and K-1, K-3 and SB-1 cases. Choose your category when you create the case and the AI tailors its checklist accordingly. Not sure which applies? Pick “Not sure / Other” and you'll still get a general review.

One-time Single and Family cases stay active for 90 days; the Agency plan keeps cases for a full year. After that a case enters a short read-only grace period — you can still download your reports — before its uploaded documents are permanently deleted. We email you reminders 30 days and 7 days before a case expires, so nothing is lost by surprise.

Yes. The Agency plan is a monthly subscription you can cancel from your billing page at any time — you keep full access until the end of the current billing period, after which your cases become read-only so you can still download your reports. The one-time plans (Single and Family) are pay-per-use with no recurring charges at all.

Yes. Your documents are stored on private servers that aren't publicly accessible, saved under randomized file names, and only you — signed in to your account — can view or download them. All traffic is protected with HTTPS/TLS, and your files are used solely to generate your review — never shared or sold. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details. When your case's access window ends its uploaded files are permanently deleted from our servers, and you can delete a case yourself at any time.

Not at all. The workflow is simple: create a case, add the applicants, drag-and-drop your PDFs or photos, click Generate AI Review, and download the report. We accept PDF, JPG and PNG files up to 10 MB each — nothing to install.
